 李慧聪，1984年8月生于山东济南，博士、副教授，2014年毕业于南开大学威廉希尔体育/中国公司治理研究院，获管理学博士学位；2014年-2016年于中国科学院大学从事师资博士后科研工作；2016年6月加入威廉希尔体育。致力于从事公司治理有效性、高管激励等方面的研究，研究成果发表在《中国工业经济》、《中国软科学》、《管理科学》、《人民日报（理论版）》等核心期刊和重要媒体。主持北京市自然科学基金青年项目一项，参与国家社科基金重大招标项目及一般项目、国家自科基金重点项目及一般项目、教育部人文社科基金项目等；相继参与保监会、中国人民银行及国务院国资委系列研究课题。
        Li Huicong, Female, was born in Shandong. She graduated with a Management PHD from Nankai University. Dr. Li’s research focuses on effectiveness of corporate governance and executive incentive. Her research papers have been published in top academic journals such as China Industrial Economics, China Soft Science, Journal of Management Science and etc. She has been in charged a Beijing Natural Science Fund project and participated in many academic research projects including National Natural Science Fund projects and National Social Science Fund projects. She also participated in series research projects for China Insurance Regulatory Commission, People's Bank of China, and SASAC.
