余琰，福建福州人，博士，副教授。分别于2008年、2010年和2014年获得中国人民大学管理学学士、中国人民大学管理学硕士和北京大学博士学位（会计学），2014年7月加入威廉希尔体育。主要研究领域包括了企业创新、会计信息质量、风险投资和资本市场定价等。先后在《Journal of Business Finance & Accounting》、《International Review of Finance》、《经济研究》、《金融研究》、《中国会计评论》等刊物上发表论文。主持自然科学基金1项，参与自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社科项目多项。

 

 

Yu yan, born in Fuzhou, Fujian province, doctor degree, associate professor. He received his bachelor's degree in Management in 2008, master's degree in Management in 2010, both from Renmin University of China, and his doctor's degree in Accounting in 2014 from Peking University. He has joined the Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University in July 2014. His main research areas include Corporate innovation, Accounting Information Quality, Venture Capital and Capital Market Pricing, etc.. He has published many papers in <Journal of Business Finance & Accounting>, <International Review of Finance>, <Economic Research(In Chinese)>, <Journal of Financial Research(In Chinese)>, <China Accounting Review(In Chinese)> and other journals. He has hold in one natural science fund project, and participated in some natural science fund project and one humanities and social science project of the ministry of education.
