曹正进，1967年2月生于安徽桐城，管理学硕士，副教授，硕士生导师。主讲“管理学”和“组织行为学”等课程，近年来致力于现代服务企业管理理论与方法等问题的研究。重要科研成果：近年来发表论文10余篇，出版学术专著4部，独立编著教材1部，合作编著教材4部，作为主要成员参与研究的科研项目合计20多项，其中国家级项目2项、北京市哲学社会科学规划项目7项（其中重点项目1项）。作为主要成员撰写的北京市哲学社会科学“十一五”规划项目的研究报告获北京市第十一届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。代表作有：《管理学教程》（副主编）、《组织行为学》（独立编著）、《加速转型期北京市居民收入差距问题研究》（专著）和《2000年以来北京服务业发展研究》（专著）。
