周燕，女，副教授，硕士生导师。1979年生于江苏泰兴，2009年1月毕业于中国人民大学威廉希尔体育企业管理专业，获管理学博士学位。2009年3月进入威廉希尔体育工商管理系任教，主讲“管理学”、“管理学”（全英）、“企业管理实践”等课程，致力于组织管理和零售管理等问题的研究。在《中国人民大学学报》、《经济理论与经济管理》、《当代财经》、《南开管理评论》（英文版）、《江西财大学报》、《求实》等刊物上发表论文二十余篇，出版学术专著二部，参与编写教材三部，主持省部级课题一项，主持横向课题三项，同时参与多项国家级和省部级课题。

Dr. Yan Zhou,born in 1979 in Jiangsu Province,is an associated professor and master tutor of Business School in BTBU. She got her Ph.D degree in Renmin University of China and joined in BTBU in 2009. She teaches the course Management both in Chinese and English and the course Enterprise Management Simulation. Her main research fields are institutional management and retailing management. She has published more than 20 papers on academic journals and 2 academic monographs. In addition, she undertook a research projects of the Education Department of Beijing and several other research projects.
