王楠，教授，博士生导师，辽宁营口人，北京师范大学学士、北京航空航天大学硕博连读，美国密歇根大学UMICH公派访问学者，清华大学访问学者，北京市青年英才，北京市青年拔尖人才。

曾任职于世界五百强Mercer Management Consulting、曾任北京市朝阳区投资促进局局长助理。清华大学技术创新研究中心骨干成员，中国科协数字创新管理专委会委员，中国核电工程内部项目评审委员，全国工商业联合会非公经济委员会咨询顾问，北京工商大学国有资产协同创新中心受聘研究员，国家自然科学基金通迅评委。

研究方向：互联网环境下创新与创业问题，企业商业模式，战略管理，投资决策。

作为项目负责人，主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社会科学基金、北京市哲学社科基金、北京市教育委员会基金等多项项目。参与国家社科重大项目、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、教育部人文社会科学基金、北京市教委重点项目、北京市社会科学界联合会项目、北京市科学技术协会项目、中国工业经济联合会项目等多项课题。先后为北部湾、发改委综合司、电信研究院、航空工业集团、商务部外经贸司、中关村管委会等机构进行管理咨询。出版专著2部，在SSCI、SCI期刊和《科研管理》、《科学学研究》、《管理评论》、《管理学报》、《改革》、《科学学与科学技术管理》等刊物发表论文40余篇。担任《科研管理》、《南开管理评论》、《social behavior and personality an international journal》《北京工商大学学报》等期刊审稿人。

主要讲授本科生《管理学》、研究生《创新创业研究》、MBA《创新管理与商业模式》、国际留学生全英课程management。

Nan Wang, born in Yingkou city of Liaoning province, earned her Ph.D at School of Economics and Management, Beihang University. She is Professor of Business Management at Business School, Beijing Technology and Business University. Visiting scholar of UMICH university of Michigan, visiting scholar in Tsinghua University, Beijing  Youth Talents, Beijing Youth Top-notch Talents.

She once worked in Mercer Management Consulting, the biggest human resource management consulting company in the world, and after that, worked as the director’s assistant of Beijing Chaoyang Investment Promotion Bureau ,Key member of Tsinghua University Technological Innovation Research Center, member of Digital Innovation Management Committee of China Association for Science and Technology, member of China Nuclear Power Project Internal Project Review Committee, consultant of Non-public Economic Committee of National Federation of Industry and Commerce, employed researcher of State-owned Assets Collaborative Innovation Center of Beijing University of Industry and Commerce, and communication judge of National Natural Science Foundation.

Her main research field focuses on Innovation and entrepreneurship in the Internet environment, business models, strategic management, investment decisions.

As the project leader, she presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Fund, two Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Fund, Beijing Municipal Education Commission fund and project of High-level Teachers in Beijing Municipal Universities in the Period of 13th Five–year Plan.She has served advice for governments and corporations such as Boao Forum for Asia, Beijing Federation of Social Sciences, Beijing Association for Science and Technology, China Federation of Industrial Economics, Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China, Telecommunications Research Institute, Aviation Industry Group, Ministry of Commerce and ZhongguanCun Science Park.

She has published more than 40 academic papers in domestic and international academic journals, including Economic Research Journal, Science research Management, Studies in Science of Science, Management Review, Science of Science and Management of S&T and Chinese Journal of Management, as well as published two monographs. Reviewer of scientific research management, Nankai Management Review, Social Behavior and Personality an International Journal, Journal of Beijing Technology and Business University, etc.

She mainly teaches undergraduate students' management, graduate students' Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, MBA's Innovation Management and Business Model, and international students' English-wide course Management.
