王斌，男，1965年11月出生于安徽歙县，先后毕业北京威廉希尔体育会计系（学士、硕士）和财政部财政科学研究所（博士）。现为威廉希尔体育财务系教授，兼任中国会计学会理事及“管理会计专业委员会”副主任、中国成本研究会常务理事、美国管理会计师协会（IMA）中方顾问专家、对外经贸大学国际威廉希尔体育校外博士生导师等。主要研究领域为集团治理与财务管理、管理会计与控制等，讲授《Corporate Finance》、《财务基础理论》等课程；出版《公司财务理论》（2015）、《股权结构论》（2001）、《公司预算管理研究》（2007）、《企业集团财务》（2011）、《战略成本管理》（2003）、《预算管理手册》（2007）等专（译）著，在《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《会计研究》、《中国会计评论》等刊物发表学术论文40学篇，涉及公司治理与财务分层理论、预算管理模式、企业集团财务理论体系等学术领域。此外还为大型企业集团提供财务咨询服务，并兼国资委外部董事及多家上市公司独立董事。
 

Wang bin is Professor of Corporate Finance at Business School at Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU), doctorial supervisor of Finance at University of International Business and Economics (UIBE). He received his bachelor and master’s degree in accounting from Beijing Institute of Business, his PhD in accounting from Research Institute for Fiscal Science, MoF, China. Professor Wang is a distinguished member of Accounting Society of China (ASC), where he serves as vice-director of Management Accounting Research Committee. He has also acted as the member of IMA’s SAM Advisory Committee since 2009. Professor Wang has published his research in various journals, including Economic Research Journal, Accounting Research, Management World, China Accounting Review, with topics covering from business group governance to Management Control Systems (MCS).He serves as non-executive directors at state-owned groups and public-listed companies.
