李金甜，对外经济贸易大学管理学（会计学）博士，研究方向：资本市场与公司财务。先后在《金融研究》、《中国软科学》、《管理科学》等核心刊物公开发表多篇学术论文，主持教育部人文社科项目一项，主编教材一部，曾多次参与国家级和省部级课题研究工作。
Li Jintian, holds a doctorate in Management (Accounting) from the University of International Business and Economics, and works on the fields of Capital Market and Corporate Finance. She has published several papers in core journals such as "Financial Research" , "China Soft Science", "Journal of Management Science"，presided over a Humanities and Social Sciences Project of the Ministry of Education，edited a textbook，and participated in national and provincial research projects for many times.
