 陈锴，1960年生，汉族,工学硕士,讲师,。研究方向：质量管理、运营管理、生产（服务）现场管理。主讲课程：质量管理学、运营管理、企业管理概论等本科或研究生课程。主要科研成果：近五年，本人独立完成或与他人合作撰写了10多篇论文，其中《认证机构提高核心竞争力思路与方法探讨》和《基于层次分析法的认证机构绩效评价与改进研究》两篇论文被中国合格评定国家认可委员会评为优秀论文；本人主持的横向课题3项。本人参与制订了北京市地方标准《技术转移服务规范》（DB/T816-2011）。本人自1995年至今，主持或参与了建筑，家用电器，塑料制品，化工和物流等行业多家企业的现场审核工作；曾为50多家企业提供了管理咨询和管理培训服务。本人目前受聘担任北京中大华远认证中心专家工作组专家。

I have been in charge of 3 horizontal issues and participated in drawing Service Specification for Technology Transfer（DB/T816-2011）, the latter is local standard of Beijing.From 1995, I have been in charge of or participated in on-site management auditing in many enterprises of many industries, such as household electrical appliances, plastic products, chemical industries, logistics etc. I have afforded management insulting and management training for over 50 enterprises, and I am the member of the expert group of Beijing Zhong Da Hua Yuan Certification Center.
